Cancellation Policy

As a small, independent business, every job in my calendar matters — not just for planning, but also for my livelihood. Lately, I’ve had quite a few last-minute cancellations, which unfortunately leads to lost time, lost income, and no opportunity to offer that slot to someone else who needs it.

I’ve avoided introducing a cancellation policy for as long as I could, but to protect my time and keep my business running smoothly, I now need to put one in place:

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 50% of the job cost.

  • If I arrive at the agreed time and can’t access the property, or if no one is present without prior notice, this will be treated as a no-show and charged at 100% of the job cost.

  • Payment for cancellations or no-shows will be due within 48 hours.

I completely understand that sometimes things happen beyond your control, and I’ll always do my best to be fair and reasonable. This policy simply helps ensure my business stays sustainable and that I can continue providing the level of service my customers expect.

Thank you so much to everyone who continues to support and respect what I do — it truly means a lot.
